Personal data processed and their purposes
Your identity (name and surname), contact (phone, email), customer transaction (content of requests and quotes) and transaction security (IP address, logs) data are processed for the purposes of evaluating your requests, carrying out quotation and contract processes, performing the service, fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring information security.
Legal basis
Your data is processed on the legal bases of the establishment and performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where necessary, explicit consent.
Transfer
Your data may be transferred to authorized public institutions (for example, the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office) to the extent required by the service, to the relevant authorities where legally required, and to the IT infrastructure providers from whom we receive services.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation in case of damage. You may submit your requests in writing or by email.
